How can I cook my catch?
We fish all year round, from inshore estuary fishing to offshore reef fishing in up to 80m depth. Depending on the season and whether you book offshore or inshore, you may catch mackerel, mahi mahi, tuna, reef sharks, cobia, snapper, tusk fish, Moses perch, teraglin, tailor, flathead, whiting, jewfish, squid & many more temperate species which are all great to eat!
